Can I order from outside Montréal?
Yes. We welcome orders from anywhere in Canada, the USA and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination and are confirmed with your quote before payment.
Do I need to have a finished design?
No. Upload your artwork, add text or choose from the OVIU design gallery. If you need a hand with your idea, message us and we’ll help you shape it.
Does sending a basket place a paid order?
No. Sending your basket or a 3D-print quote request does not take payment. We review your request and confirm the design, final price and delivery details with you.
Can I print on the back or sleeves?
Yes, where available in the designer. Adult T-shirts and hoodies have one $15 surcharge per garment for artwork on the back and/or sleeves, even when you use multiple extra areas. The ladies’ 3-in-1 jacket supports left or right chest customization only; its back, sleeves and fleece liner cannot be customized.
Can I order for an event or a team?
Yes. Include quantities, your event date and any delivery needs in your request. We’ll confirm availability and the details with you.
How can I pay?
For designer basket orders, choose Pay Online or Pay During Delivery. For online payment, OVIU sends a Square payment link after you approve the final quote. Pay During Delivery means paying when your order arrives. Custom 3D-print requests use a quote first, followed by a Square payment link after approval.
How does the 20% online-payment offer work?
Choose Pay Online to see 20% off the merchandise subtotal. The offer includes all products, magnet bundles and Halloween offers; for custom 3D prints, it applies to the confirmed merchandise quote. The discount requires online payment and does not apply to delivery or taxes. Pay During Delivery uses regular prices. Selecting Pay Online does not mean payment has been received.
How do I request a custom 3D print?
Choose Custom 3D prints in the designer. Attach a JPG, PNG or WebP reference photo up to 5 MB, then provide dimensions in centimetres, quantity, preferred colors, any name or text, your idea and contact details. A photo is a reference, not a ready-to-print 3D model. We review the request and send an estimate; there is no interactive 3D modeling tool yet.
What do custom key holders and name tags cost?
Simple custom key holders and name tags start at CAD $8 for one color, $10 for two colors and $15 for four colors, per item before the online-payment discount. Three-color designs are quoted individually. Larger sizes, complex designs, modeling and finishing can cost extra; we confirm any additional costs before you approve the quote.
How are larger 3D prints estimated?
We estimate filament weight and printing time after preparing the model. Dimensions, infill, supports and color changes affect the result; color purging can use extra filament and time. The chart on the 3D-print request page shows illustrative examples, not guaranteed prices. We confirm the final quote, delivery cost and applicable taxes before payment.
